Terms version 2 November 2026 · v6

Rewards terms

Rewards are optional promotional benefits linked to your verified Wok Inn account. The programme is available only when the restaurant opens it. Current earning and exchange rules are shown in your account before you join or exchange points.

Joining and privacy

Use your Google account with its confirmed phone number and choose to join after reviewing these terms. Guest ordering remains available. Joining rewards does not subscribe you to advertising by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push. We do not make food preferences, allergy instructions or medical information part of the rewards programme. Read our privacy notice.

How points are earned

Only orders placed in your own enrolled account earn points. An order must be paid and collected or delivered. Points are calculated on eligible food and drink item spending after discounts; delivery charges and refundable drink-container deposits do not earn points. Partial points are rounded down per order. Guest orders imported later do not earn retrospectively. The earning rule is saved when your eligible order is placed.

Exchanging points

Your account shows the points needed, the maximum food discount and its percentage cap before exchange. Exchanging points creates one private, non-transferable promotional reward and deducts those points once. A reward is used on one order and has no unused cash remainder. Its actual discount can be less than its maximum when the percentage cap or eligible food total is lower. Check the final quoted discount before placing the order.

Rewards cannot be bought, topped up, sold, given as gifts, exchanged for cash or used as a money wallet. You can hold up to twenty unused or reserved rewards. Issued rewards have no time-based expiry in this version; a temporary checkout reservation can expire as explained below.

Applying a reward to an order

Sign in to the account that owns the reward and select it at checkout. You can use one reward or one promotion code, rather than both. Rewards reduce eligible food and drink item charges, not delivery or refundable container deposits. The final total and any online-card minimum are checked before confirmation.

A selected reward becomes reserved only when the restaurant's server receives your order. An unpaid online checkout holds it for the period shown in your account, which can be shorter if the kitchen slot expires sooner. Leaving a payment screen does not itself cancel an order. If the unpaid reservation expires, cancel that unpaid order and review a new one; the same issued reward becomes available again. A pay-on-receipt order keeps its reservation until cancellation or fulfilment.

Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation releases the reserved reward for reuse. Fulfilment uses it. A confirmed full refund restores the same original reward once; a partial refund does not automatically restore the whole reward. This does not change your rights and options for problems with the food.

Confirmed refunds also correct points earned from refunded spending. When only an aggregate refund is available, the returned amount reduces eligible food first, up to that food amount. A requested or pending refund is not treated as completed. If you have already exchanged the affected points, your points balance can become negative. This is a points adjustment, not money you owe. New earning offsets it; starting another reward order or exchanging more points is unavailable while the required points are missing. Discounts already agreed on existing orders remain honoured.

Leaving, pausing and deleting an account

You can leave rewards in your account. New orders then stop earning and you cannot exchange points while inactive. Previously issued rewards and rules saved on already placed orders remain honoured. If the restaurant pauses new enrolment and earning, existing members can still exchange earned points and use issued rewards. A previous member can rejoin to access existing benefits.

Deleting your Wok Inn account makes unspent promotional points and unused rewards inaccessible and forfeits them. An already reserved discount remains part of its existing order, which is not cancelled by profile deletion. Required restaurant records and pseudonymous adjustment history can remain subject to the restaurant's retention obligations and your data rights. A new account does not inherit a deleted account's rewards through a matching phone number or email.

Programme changes and help

Existing issued rewards keep their saved value and cap. The application prevents changing reward cost, maximum value or percentage cap after current customers have joined. A changed earning rate applies to future orders and must be made clear before those orders. Material programme changes require appropriate owner review and notice; these terms do not permit arbitrary removal of earned benefits or limit statutory rights.

For an error, keep your order reference and the reward information in your account, use the private order help conversation, or call 074 911 9855. The restaurant reviews disputes and corrections; no public points-transfer or cash-redemption process is offered.
