Opening hours and availability

Tuesday–Sunday, 4:30 PM–11:00 PM; closed Mondays.

Online intake can pause when the team is busy or for a closure. Browsing a menu does not reserve an order. Follow the availability and any delivery/collection options shown during checkout.

Delivery charge and service area

The standard delivery charge is €2.00, with free delivery from €30.00 in qualifying food subtotal. Your applicable charge and any minimum spend are shown before the final order button. Promotional or zone-specific conditions, when available, are shown with the quote.

We serve the local Kilmacrennan area. Enter your full address and Eircode where available. An Eircode or address entry does not by itself prove coverage. Where the website provides an eligibility check, review its result; final restaurant acceptance still appears separately. If the team cannot serve your address, the order will be declined and any payment/refund status shown.

Timing and courier updates

Preparation and arrival times are estimates. Courier assignment, physical handover, departure and arrival are separate stages. Location is shown only if the assigned courier shares it during the active delivery, with an update time; otherwise use the written statuses.

If a future time slot is offered, review the date, local time and service type shown in checkout. A requested slot is subject to availability and restaurant acceptance. Contact the restaurant if the displayed estimate is no longer suitable.

Receiving your food

Keep your phone available and provide access or doorbell instructions. If your address or availability changes, call promptly; a change is confirmed only when the team agrees. The team should contact you if delivery cannot be completed. Charges or remedies depend on the circumstances and cannot override statutory rights.

Allergen information for the selected food must also be available when it is delivered or collected. Confirm any agreed allergy instructions with the restaurant when receiving the food. Keep the provided receipt or food information.

Collection

Collection has no delivery charge. Collect from 2 Main Street, Kilmacrennan, Co. Donegal, Ireland after the team marks your order ready, and have the order reference available. Follow the payment method selected in checkout.
