Accessibility

We want ordering to work with different screens and ways of using a device. If a barrier prevents you ordering, contact the restaurant for help.

Using this website

The site includes a skip link, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus, named dialogs and text alongside order-status colours. You can browse categories or search the menu, review choices before ordering and use delivery or collection. Privacy choices do not prevent access to the menu or information pages.

The layout has been checked in Chrome and WebKit at widths from 320 to 2560 CSS pixels, including a short landscape layout and a reflow proxy. These checks support development; they are not certification that every device or assistive technology works.

Known testing limits

Physical iPhone, iPad and Android devices, screen readers, speech input, system text enlargement and native browser zoom still need representative testing before public launch. Google sign-in, phone verification and hosted payment also depend on the accessibility of those provider services. If an external step is inaccessible, ask the restaurant about the available alternative ordering or payment arrangements.

We do not claim full WCAG or European Accessibility Act conformity on the basis of an automated viewport test. The legal applicability of any microenterprise service exemption must be assessed by the operator; we continue improving accessibility regardless.

Report a problem or request another format

Call 074 911 9855 or use the support email below when available. Tell us which page or action caused a problem, the device/browser and assistive technology if relevant, and the format you need. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis. For an urgent order, call and quote the order reference.
