Use comma-separated restaurant codes. Enter ? when unconfirmed, or none only when the recipe has been checked and none of the listed allergens are intentionally present. This does not claim freedom from cross-contact.
Help that stays with the order
Reply to a customer's conversation and record its outcome. Sending a reply does not issue a refund or cancel the order.
